These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of inbox.fivetoclose.cloud and any products, content, or services offered by FiveToClose ("we," "us," or "our"), including the Spam Folder Escape Plan, Rabbit Holes After the Escape, Inbox Isn't Dead, Inbox Isn't Dead — Field Edition, free lead magnets (such as the 5-Minute Inbox Autopsy), video content, and related materials (collectively, the "Products" or "Services").
By accessing the site, purchasing a Product, or submitting your email address, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase Products.
All Products and site content are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Products are digital. After successful payment, access is typically provided via a secure download page or email. You are responsible for downloading and storing files in a timely manner. We are not obligated to host download links indefinitely. Keep your own backups of purchased materials.
Prices are stated on the sales pages at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future buyers. Payment is processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge for the selected Product or bundle.
Unless a specific guarantee on a sales page states otherwise, digital Products are generally non-refundable once delivered because they can be copied immediately. Where a time-limited guarantee is offered (for example, a 48-hour guarantee), you must request a refund within that window by emailing support@fivetoclose.cloud and meeting any stated conditions of the guarantee. Abuse of refund policies (including chargebacks without contacting support first) may result in denial of future purchases.
All site content, Product text, branding, and materials are owned by FiveToClose or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Inbox Escape," "Spam Folder Escape Plan," "Rabbit Holes After the Escape," "Inbox Isn't Dead," and related product names are used as product titles of FiveToClose. No transfer of ownership is granted by purchase — only the limited license described above.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, interfere with security, or use Products to commit fraud, spam in violation of law, or any illegal activity. You remain solely responsible for how you implement any educational guidance in your own marketing and technical environments.
Products may reference third-party tools (email service providers, DNS hosts, analytics platforms, payment processors, etc.). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies, or performance. Your use of third parties is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIVE TO CLOSE AND ITS OWNERS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FiveToClose and its owners, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FiveToClose principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
